I set up this live filming of Ellie Goulding’s first time playing Brixton Academy for O2 Academy TV – she was really nervous.
This was filmed right at the very top of the Manchester Apollo. Way more stairs than you’d imagine.
Shot up at the Manchester Apollo, Paloma gave us so much of her time to create these films. She even came back on stage after the show and the crowd had left because she thought a lighting cue had been missed and she wanted us to reshoot it. As the crowd had left it meant…

I got Charli XCX to do this live performance of Superlove
This was a huge shoot. It was at The O2 and I think we had 17 cameras around the place shooting. It took a couple of months to set up and I had to deal with the lawyers from Sony Music, Live Nation and The O2 – it got pretty stressful to make sure everyone…

This was filmed up in Manchester and we did a live recording too. Paloma was 1000% professional and looked a bit relieved when I told the DOP that this was for a YouTube channel and maybe we didn’t need to redo a tracking shot for the 14th time to get it to his liking.
These guys were genuinely funny. The cameraman kept ruining the interview by laughing.
